What should I do if I'm having trouble accessing my account ?

If you're having trouble accessing your account :

  1. Make sure you're using the correct login information.
  2. Try resetting your password by following the « Forgotten Password » link on the login popup.
  3. If the problem persists, contact our technical support via the « contact us » section for assistance.

If you forgot your password :

  1. Click « Forgotten Password » on the login page.
  2. Follow the instructions to reset your password using the email address associated with your account.
  3. You will receive an email with a link to create a new password.

We accept credit card, Paypal, Interac and bank transfer.
