The Quebec Experience Program (PEQ) - Immigration Stream for Foreign Workers is a fast and simplified pathway for temporary foreign workers seeking a Quebec Selection Certificate (CSQ). This program is designed for individuals employed in Quebec in eligible fields who meet the selection criteria.
Eligibility criteria
  • Have accumulated at least 24 months of full-time work experience in Quebec within the last 36 months.
  • The job which you have held must be an occupation in the "Training, education, experience, responsibilities" categories TEER 0, 1, 2 or 3 of the National Occupational Classification NOC ;
  • Demonstrate advanced intermediate knowledge of French (level B2);
  • You must be legally in Québec as a temporary foreign worker, youth exchange program participant or hold work permit for Working Holiday, Young Professionals or International Co-op Internship.
